Accompanied my parents and youngest sis to Mt Pleasant Animal Hospital last nite. My parent's pet kitten, Miki was sick. could be a case of poisoning coz just prior to him falling sick, mom had applied some anti fur mite/tick lotion on him, and the packaging didn't say if it was suitable to be applied on a kitten. Not wanting to take any chances since Miki was looking weak and occasionally gagging, i told dad i don't mind bringing Miki to the vet. Dad agreed immediately and said we'll all go together...so whole family went to the animal hospital last nite except for my 2nd sis. Bertuah sungguh si Miki ni..hehe. The vet gave my parents 2 options, to admit Miki in the hospital for further tests and observation etc and that will cost a bomb, or to give him an injection first and some medications to take and hv my parents monitor his situation at home and bring him back asap if he starts having diarrhoea/vommitting etc. My parents went for the 2nd option...alhamdulilah after the injection, Miki was much better and showed some improvement altho still not his usual hyper-active self yet..but at least he's slowly getting better.

This is Miki after he was back from the hospital, usually he can't sit still...but he's sitting so quietly like a good boy in this pic and obediently look up when i called his name.

oh ya while at the animal hospital, guess who we met? say hello to Smokey..such a huggable fluffy female cat, i think she's taken care of by the staff at Mt Pleasant. Here she is ngan bersahaja climb over the receptionist counter to see2 and look2 at what the staff is doing and tats when i heard the staff calling out her name Smokey..hehe..

and thats Smokey again seems to be engrossed with sniffting my pants and feet..kakakakaah!
